In the ancient Church, whenever they talked about the body of Christ, or about Christ as the Head of the Church, they did not mean that Christ was extended to the entire world in a bodily (corporeal) fashion, having, as it were, his head in Rome, his one hand in the East and the other in the West.Fr.
